Ok here are my lifting goals which I plan to reach on or before my 15th birthday (october 2nd).
Bench Press - 125
Squat - 175
Incline - 115
Power Clean - 115
Bicep Curls (one arm) - 45
Now here are my measurment goals which I plan to reach by the same date.
